All scholars in district 23 will have a customized learning experience that prepares them for the next level of Brilliance academically and socially.

Mission Statement

In district 23, we provide high-quality learning experiences for all scholars through evidence-based curricula and real world application. Teachers in district 23 receive high-quality professional learning and know each scholar’s abilities and talents to personalize learning to increase their achievement and personal growth. Teachers and school leaders ensure equity, lead with empathy, promote engagement, and exemplify excellence and  Brilliance.  Parents and community members are integral stakeholders in the district 23 community and are true partners that advocate with schools and the district team to ensure that our students receive high-quality service and resources. Community School District 23 is a historic community that leverages its rich past to enlighten minds to pursue and create a bright future.
